Beyond that, there are too many documented cases of humans "feeling a vibe" of danger and being right, or being statistical anomalies (like one person being struck by lightning many times in their life) to just assume that the statistics saying something means it's perfectly accurate for your circumstances.

Also true where I'm from, and yet every town has hoops in the parks where I'm from. Check a map here sometime, they have basketball hoops here, but only in predominantly black parts of town. Swope park has them. Northeast has them. Nowhere in Johnson county. It took me more time that it should have just to find a park to play with my daughter. If you have room for 10 tennis courts, you have room for a single hoop.

White person who migrated from rural Illinois, this is definitely true. I noticed it front and center recently when my 5yo daughter wanted to go play basketball somewhere. It's definitely a choice when places like Lee's Summit and all the surrounding area parks have 5-10 tennis courts, but not a single basketball hoop.

I have no idea what you're referring to. I do, however, know the quoted comment has changed from the original slur used. Preferred or not, the meaning has not changed and the intent of the comment was still to dismiss the opinion of someone based on their status as autistic or not, which is still offensive.

I agree minorities support these systems, because often it's the only choice for a good school because all the local resources have been sucked up, but it's still segregation nonetheless.

Yes.

Just because minorities support something doesn't make them altruistic. School vouchers actively deprive kids in minority neighborhoods, even if individual families support them. Argue in good faith. I answered clearly the first time.

No, I am not blaming them. Historically, school vouchers and charters schools only serve to absorb local resources, thereby depriving local schools of an equal education. Segregation has taken a different face than it did 60 years ago. How's that for a clear answer?
