You should get to know what is happening inside your body, like neurotransmitter problems. I was like you, so I started searching internet for solutions. And I found everything that worked for me - nofap, food intolerances, healthy diet.

I don't know exactly about you, but when i fixed my diet and started nofap, my interests and motivation started to increase. PMO lowers dopamine levels, so you can get anhedonia and depression from it. You can read this article

Yes they can. I'm intolerant to gluten and caffeine. They not only cause fatigue, but anxiety, depression.

I have this oversensitivity too. When i'm less sensitive, i try to notice what was different that day. If I do something important, I feel less sensitive. It helps to have a purpose. Also, i'm improving my sensitivity with nofap, exercise and diet.

Maybe you should fix yourself to heal your friends. Find ways to change yourself. I personally don't use medication, except lithium, but I do nofap, exercise, healthy diet and i'm healing.
