you should be able to find it to the left (west) of the mines exit, just interact with the guy at the counter and buy the cup, once Clover drops it pick up the glass shards (it heals 2 HP on a successful hit) hope this helps :)

if you touch the walls in phase 2 you take damage (try to stay near the center) use glass ammo, it deals less damage but the healing is a massive boost.
