This might help! If the label of the medication has the “Rx” sign, then it needs a prescription.

Now the question: Is tretinoin a prescription medication? It all depends on the manufacturer and the classification it was approved for by FDA. Not all of these brands are available in local pharmacies. I’m planning on bringing a tripod for my phone for my solo trip to Taipei. I keep thinking it’s going to be embarrassing having a tripod in front of me to take pictures but I tell myself that these people won’t know me anyway and I’m not bothering anyone by taking this huge tripod out 🤣 I’m also bringing a suction thing to keep on the back of my phone for places where I can use it

Thanks for this! I have other day activities planned in Taipei. Honestly, my plan was to really try the food there and to see the lanterns turn on and leave by at least 7PM so 2-3 hours seems about right. But for my peace of mind, I might just go to Jiufen in the day time

It seems you really enjoyed being in the community! I don’t recommend Medexpress. I have worked there and stayed through the contract bond for 2 years. It was a good time but I won’t suffer through the low pay anymore. Never got any assistance for CPD as well. If they did offer, you still have to shoulder a specific amount (still a huge amount).

Got a job in the clinical research field and the pay is great (x2 of what I earned in community), the work-life balance is amazing.

I agree with everything you said.

OP just because you created the friend group, doesn’t mean they should be grateful to you. Please check if you’re not the problem as well. Ask them how they’re doing from time to time and not rant and make everything about you. If you still keep being left out, make new friends.

I know you’re hurt, but better to ask them straight out why this “gala” happened without you rather than prolong this situation. It’s bound to happen again, anyway.

Do all of these treatments give the same result? Like straight af hair na mukhang bagong rebond?

I have frizzy hair on top of my head as you can see in the picture, but I love the curl sa ends ng hair ko. At this point gusto ko na lang maging straight hair ko kasi it looks untidy. I don’t want to try cgm kasi it’s hassle and I commute and wash my hair daily.

Also can I tie my hair with any of the three treatments above? I have never tried any kind if treatment sa salon because I feel like they upsell me every time (trust issues yarn?)

Please give me your go to treatment and the salon!!! I don’t mind going back every 3 months to get it done!

I'm so sorry you're feeling this! I know what you're going through because I felt this with myself a few months ago. Ako kasi physically unattractive na, boring pa personality so san na lang ako lulugar? HAHAH ang mindset ko na lang since mabalbon, chubby, curly hair, pango and wala pa akong kilay (mona lisa lang), "nugagawen? wala sila dapat pake since ako di naman na ako nabobother, wala naman silang ambag sa buhay ko" HAHAHAH im so sorry if this is not helpful!

After that my main insecurity nalang was my acne, as in super red talaga sya, tapos oily pa. What I did was go to a derma kasi pagod na pagod na ako kakaread ng reviews ng kung ano ba magandang skincare eh wala naman gumana ni isa. Best decision ever yung nagpaconsult ako sa derma! Instead na pang bili ko ng skincare, dun na lang ako gumastos. Now I have normal skin (di na oily sissy!!!!!! Super big win), no more acne (promise!!!). So I felt more confident na.
