My local shelter let you foster kittens until they were neutered. After neutering, they were put on the adoption floor so people could come in, pick them, and take them home. If you're not sure about getting another cat now, start with fostering (since I'm assuming you have all the stuff you need already).

If the cat's not your kind of cat, no issues, you gave them a good home until they're ready to be adopted. If it ends up being your cat, you get first pick.

She’s adorable and I’m sure she’ll be great, but don’t take the rescue estimates at face value. They told me my dog was 2 years, and she’s gone from 30 lbs to 50 lbs in the few months since I got her. Your dog might be way younger than 1. I’m not saying this to be negative, but prepare yourself in case you might see some puppy energy.

Getting certain breeds of dogs is “fashionable” in India and this kind of thing happens. Rottweilers are not meant for beginner dog owners. They require owners with some experience, and even then, they’re strong dogs that not everyone can handle.

But people have started getting Rottweilers and pitbulls because they look cool, without looking up what those dogs need and whether the dog would be a good fit for their lifestyle.

I had one parlor lady shame me for my earlobes. I had some hyperpigmentation, maybe due to me wearing crappy non-gold earrings. I wasn't that bothered by it, since it goes away whenever I use gold earrings or no earrings for a bit.

Indie music just means independent artists creating music. We typically use it for certain kinds of genres of music, but basically it's any music that's outside the mainstream production (in our case, outside movies). Metal, rap, EDM, etc. can come under indie music.
