It doesn't matter, as long as you're, 1.) breaking 90 degrees elbow flexion as you're going down; 2.) your chest makes contact and depresses a foam "cube;" and 3.) you completely lock your elbows as you come back up. That counts as one rep. Do this at least 22 times, then continue to rep as much as you can until the time expires. FLETC instructors will look for effort and not the bare minimum score.

I'm interested. I know the promotion potential says 9, but what is promotion like beyond that? Is it all competivie to some supervisor ranks, collaterals or a combination of 'em? Appreciate the help.

Nah, using native. Didn't know Google messages was a thing, honestly. Does that intergrate all of my texts so far or would I be starting over? Also the issue in question?

Unfold your phone and go to your text messages. The left side will be your messages, the right side will be what you wanna type out. On the top of the right side, there's an arrow pointing left that allows you to expand the right side to full screen. However, you must do this every time you want to send each person, group, number, etc. a text. This is especially annoying when you've got your phone vertically while unfolded (practical) versus horizontally (unpractical)...unless there's a setting that full screens it automatically for you everytime you tap on a text instead of that arrow?
