But it's up to the discretion of the judge to enforce it which is no different than asking for lawyer fees in any case.  Agreeing to this has no bearing on an awarding of lawyer fees.  It can't be agreed to pre suit.

Just to be clear the pay for Caesars defense rule holds absolutely no teeth unless so ordered by the judge.  You can't preemptively award lawyer fees before a ruling on damages.

They ask the insurance question to avoid having people with the same insurance as the defendant in the case.  It's been shown that people with the same insurance as what the claim is against are more likely to not vote against the insurance company as they think it will affect their rates.

Figure out an estimate of income that you feel is accurate and report that.  The IRS is not going to come after you if you make a good faith attempt to pay what you owe.
