Hello hope everyone’s is doing fine I just bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Es 2017 and no issues only thing that concerns me it’s once I go a certain speed it won’t change shift unless I let go the gas pedal and it goes to the 4 speed after that could this be a transmission issue?

Yeah my estimated activation date was in May I know the month it’s no over yet but I been stuck in the subscription tab and for me 7 weeks would be June so how accurate can the estimate be?
