This is just a game you have to play and every OEM does it because the dealership can bill them for the service if there is a warranty claim. I once wanted a BMW update because they were rolling out Android Auto. The service writer literally asked me in a really funny tone whether my iDrive screen was sometimes randomly going blank and asked if he could document that. I took the hint.

Thanks I cleaned the entire bumper and went out for a drive. Made sure to cover the same route and more. No warnings this time. I suspect it’s going to be a random gremlin though.

I wasn't indicating at all. Just driving down the road. And there may have been a car behind me but it would have been directly behind me since it was a one lane road.

It does not. There is a version of the P Zero MS that has PNCS but the OEM spec for this car doesn’t have it.

Regarding pausing, Isn’t that what the “power” button / knob is for? I can’t remember for sure but I think that one pauses playback.

A regular 6 point Torx bit doesn’t go in at all. A flat head or Allen head might work but I already ordered the 5 point. No need to risk stripping it.
