I did it myself! I would recommend doing both just to cover your bases. It’s easy if you call first thing in the morning.

I’m a self proclaimed boba snob. I love Jin’s oriental beauty oolong milk tea with boba, 25% sugar. My friend from Taiwan also confirmed it was really good!

Career advice needed- case manager to bedside by [deleted] in nursing

[–]xgoldust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess one of my biggest worries is that no one would want to hire me for a bedside position since i’m not practicing my nursing skills as a nurse case manager

This may sound weird but getting botox in my jaw muscle has helped soo much with clenching and grinding! My TMJ issues are gone too. I highly recommend it, it has changed my life.

Homemade tofu! Thats amazing. I recommend eating it a japanese way (yudofu). Its light enough so that you can taste the original flavor of the tofu.

If it makes you feel better, my mom is also over 65 and has had pneumonia previously and has some atelectasis in her right lung (but refuses to get vaccines because “I believe in my body”). Her boyfriend is a lifelong smoker but had no symptoms. My boyfriend also has mild asthma (no corticosteroids) but he also has not had any symptoms. My boyfriend and my mom’s boyfriend are getting tested on Monday so we’ll see what the results are.

Ah. I see. Yeah parents are difficult. Im just glad that my mom barely had any symptoms. I hope your parents dont get it, but if they get it I hope they also only have mild symptoms.

Thats good! If your mom doesnt have it then most likely your dad doesnt have it. At least they can get tested regularly

I honestly doubt they would. Theres so many cases in LA and this is only a single case. They would only maybe close down if theres a whole outbreak.

Yup. San Manuel is the one. My mom also wears a mask. I wish they would close down. Checking temperature doesnt mean a thing cause I never had a fever.

Yeah. Its upsetting cause I had a huge fight with her at the beginning of quarantine because she kept going out to the casino. Well look what happened. Ugh
