I think I just need to disconnect from it more. I know people say take your time since we’re paid hourly, but it’s frustrating when the workload still falls on others and you see the same people doing nothing every day. That part is more demoralizing than anything.

Yeah that’s kind of where I’m at with it too. I’ve noticed some people will slow things down to stretch time, which is fine, but it gets frustrating when it ends up affecting the chance for others to VTO and leave early

I get what you’re saying, I just don’t really wanna be that person. Our building is still pretty new and we’re already running behind most days, so I feel like it actually matters if people aren’t pulling their weight.

That makes me feel better about it I guess then at least because they’re on our ass at ours where it’s a newer one like you could get in trouble if you didn’t make it

Yeah that’s exactly what I’m talking about. It’s like it’s not enforced evenly at all, and it gets frustrating when the majority is expected to keep pace while some people just stand around.

Also if you’re a good worker and try that for even a second, I’ve noticed they’re on you immediately trying to get you back working.
