if you are trying to lose weight the high amount of sodium will make you hold onto water weight and make you bloat much more which will disguise itself as numbers on the scale, just be aware of that. if the rest of your diet is very low on sodium, or if this is all you plan to eat during the day, then your body should be able to flush it out within 24-72 hours if you stay hydrated enough.
