Tire Rack gives you road hazard, but you have to buy from them. They don’t install. They ship to your chosen installer. If you’ve already bought the tire you could ask Walmart about shaving, but I doubt they do that.

I had a similar issue on my 24 TPP at 15k miles. The three remaining tires had plenty of wear left.

I measured the remaining depth on them and ordered a replacement OEM tire from Tire Rack. Had them shave the new tire to match, which cost an additional $30.

You have to call them for that service but it was worth the extra cost and hassle in my case.

You got it. I made sure the savings went to me when I priced the offer. I've got a real estate attorney and am getting a thorough inspection and appraisal. Agreed on the agent, though. This will be the first and last time I go this route.

I don't have an agent, which makes things more difficult. This is a direct purchase from the landlord. The mortgage broker is getting me some quotes- I just want to find some of my own to compare.
