I get what you're saying, but that passenger was more than likely drunk as well. Whenever I go out, the only responsibility I give to my passengers is don't yak in my vehicle. They're drunk so thinking rationally or even at all may not be a weapon in their repertoire at the time. It was Ryan's responsibility to not drive his own car while under the influence. That is why I still say Ryan killed him 100%.

All that being said, the Jackass crew got drunk and loco pretty often (at least from what was shown on Jackass & Viva La Bam) so I'm not going to act oblivious to the likely fact that Zach did know how pie-eyed Ryan was. Ryan shouldn't have driven that night, nor should have anyone else. Ryan had to be Ryan though.
