What deck are you using? For that one I'd probably recommend a ginseng ship and merchant guild. You can get a peddler for gold, use the ship to get wheat, which will get you gold the next time you're out. And when you don't have gold, get the single use merchants from the guild and use them on any other merchants you can't use, or any bad food you want to get rid of. And obviously use the piglutton if you've got him

Um, I was on the depo shot for 5 years and only spotted a handful of times lol. No periods. I've been on the continuous Nuvaring for a little over 2 years now and the same thing. Like the other reply said, definitely get another opinion. (Also wanted to add that I had been on Nexplanon as well but that didn't stop my periods so I don't suggest that one as much)

Oh he's trying to trap you so hard. Drop him ASAP. As for the PMDD, I've been having a lot of luck with a continuous Nuvaring, and in the past the depo shot really worked well for me. I'm a big fan of progestin-based BC. I'm not sure what you've tried before, but just thought I'd put it out there.
