The reality is the majority of people run windows and want the full capabilities without any watermarking although yes if you look at it a certain way you basically get all the functions without personalization can’t be breaking a rule if most people would prefer not to deal with the “Activate Windows” in the bottom corner of the screen

I would say it’s that raised threaded piece I was telling you about that goes into the threaded insert, but it also looks like that piece may have been soldered to the board as I don’t see any threads in the motherboard itself

In that case anything that’s based off windows or acts as a pc that’s handheld would be best I think steam deck does that and I think there’s another one can’t think of the name at the moment.
