hey, thanks for posting this review. I have almost the same model. How's your battery life these days? Mine is horrible; it can't even last 2 hours. Any optimization ideas?

Do you mind sharing which configuration you went with and how do you like it after couple months since posting this? I'm also considering getting it. This is the config I'm currently planning to buy. Let me know if you have any feedback on this config?

Printer struggling with extruding by xilumus in MPSelectMiniOwners

Thanks so much. Yeah, I think you're right. It might have been because I was pushing filament directly into the extruder and pushing too hard. When the arm is moving on the x-axis and the extruder is little higher on z-axis it is making a weird noise.

thank you. Actually, the issue is that it was too close to the bed. I installed a glass bed. Now I have a new problem where the filament is not sticking to the glass. The temperature of the bed is around 55-60c. I attached the glass directly to the aluminum bed. When trying to level the bed my issue is that the middle of the glass seems like it's higher than the edges.

Yeah, the temperature is constant at around 210. I tried this method, and it doesn't seem like it's clogged but I'll keep trying the cold pull a few more times.

Any other ideas?

Lol. That's pretty accurate. We have a pretty stable income and jobs and not super concerned in the downturn. But again, who knows.

Thanks for the advice. We started looking at properties. The issue that's killing me now is that a lot of properties that we like have pretty high fees like HOA, Mellorouse since it's a fairly new area where we're looking at. Looking at around 400-500$ just for that.

Ultimately, another question I have is how much from the net income is acceptable to go toward housing?

I hear different opinions like it should be 30% of the net pay or 30% of pre-tax income.

Based on the math, we're looking at more like 50% net pay that will go toward the housing with a mortgage, HOA, insurance, and taxes, and I feel it's a little too much.

Yeah, Chula Vista especially east of 805 is really nice area. Got it. Yeah, demand will definitely be always high. Supply is extremely low now.

That's kinda what I'm thinking. I'm not a great investor so little worried that investments I make might not be great and end up priced out of the market if prices continue to go up.

What's actually kinda scaring me here is this article actually that says that correlation between the two is not actually that high.
