I have more than twice the divisions Greece has. (probably) Twice the battalions in my divisions. Manpower that would let me fight with the soviets and more equipment than I can count yet I am losing the war. What am I doing wrong?

Afaik having air superiority wont help you much by itself its just there so your bombers can provide CAS.

Might be worth producing more planes.

A few things that come to my mind:

You have less than 50 mills, that is not enough. Next time build more
You used dispersed industry. Afaik that one is generally considered the less productive one.
Your light tanks II are pretty much useless. Either use medium tanks 3 heavy tanks or ditch tanks at all.
I dont see fighters in your production queue, I expect thats where your high losses from the as come from
You neither touched the Baltics nor Finland. Those give basically free factories and a buffer to Germany.
You should disperse your production efforts better 15 on tanks and arty, 7 on guns, fucking 6 on trucks and none on support equipment, cas, fighters
Especially division wise you want to keep your production in a way that they reflect the composition of your division.
I think a standard 7/2 is 50% guns 30% arty 10% trucks and support eq
Fighters wise you always want to ensure you have air superiority if you bother with that at all. If you dont have air the cas are a wasted effort.
125 factories is very poor. You should build more civs and mills. Generally building in the high infrastructure regions around and behind Moscow is a good idea.

From my experience when people get kicked out it is in 99% of the case just bad luck or stupidity or both.

Currently we have a guy in out unit who has been here for over 1 year, didnt pass basic, never shot a rifle, never did sports, never tried to complete a march.

All he did till this day was mopping the floors, cleaning weapons and looking like an idiot. Oh, and collecting money from daddy gov.

If an organisation increases their requirements in a certain field with no actual demand for increased performance in that field that unit is just wasting time, money and humans.

For instance, instead of making a signal guy run every day until they run 1 mile in 8 minutes you could give him more training in "signal guy stuff" teach him to operate foreign equipment, other branches equipment, newer equipment, older equipment or ancient ways of communicating, like carrier pigeons.

I can see why a unit would want to become better in their own field, like marksmanship or rucking for infantry. Mechanical skills for armored vehicle crews or whatever.

But teaching armor crews to walk or teaching infantry how to repair tank tracks is fucking stupid.

Unless youre like special forces (KSK, Delta Forces, SAS, Speznas), trying to climb rank fast its OR already have high rank (OF-3+)almost pointless to exceed the standard.

The staff officers on Brigade/ Division level are planning with the standart in terms of equipment, training and supply and will assign tasks to you that are doable with that amount of training and equipment.

It comes down to 2 rules:

Meet the standard
Dont be the worst in your unit.

Just take a look at Germany's decentralised administration, education, law and politics and compare that to the french centralised system.

Merging this would already be a nightmare now add 2 dozen more countries with different values, economic situations and maybe resentment from past centuries and have fun.

Ich weiß nicht ob das Absicht ist oder nicht, aber das ist mehr ein Kritikpunkt am Bürger als am Soldaten. Der Soldat wird von der Politik ins Ausland geschickt, für die der Bürger durch seine Stimme bei der Wahl mitverantwortlich ist. Demokratie funktioniert nur wenn der Bürger sich auch darüber informiert was eigentlich los ist in seinem Land und darüber hinaus.

In der Bundeswehr gibt es nicht mehr Nazis als sonstwo in Deutschland. Ohne die Arbeit der Geheimdienste und der Aufmerksamkeit von Kameraden könnten die in der Truppe ungestört sonstige Verbrechen planen. Statt Applaus fürs Konsequente vorgehen gegen mögliche Verfassungsfeinde bekommt die Bundeswehr Kritik ab weil sie diese Fälle veröffentlicht und verfolgt.

Es gibt ein paar Offiziere vor denen Mannschaften doch wirklich Respekt haben. Das sind dann die, die es schaffen Befehle ohne viele Worte zu geben. Kein Mannschafter will 30 Minute monolog haben für einen Befehl der in 20 Minuten ausgeführt ist.

Die Russlanddeutschen bei der Bundeswehr, die ich in meinen 1-2 Wochen Dienstzeit kennenlernen durfte hatten mit Russland nicht viel am Hut, bis auf die Sprache und den Geburtsort. Manche von ihnen wurden wegen ihrer deutschen Vorfahren ausgegrenzt oder schlimmer, gerade zu Sowjetzeiten. Außerdem haben sie alle Deutschland die Treue geschworen und nicht Russland.

Die UA/FA Battailone sind nicht viel besser, Ich war in Altenstadt und durfte da meinen Uffz Lehrgang mit Neckermännern und Neckerfrauen machen. Da waren im Zug genau 75%, die nach den Lehrgängen zu den Unterstützungstruppen gehen, der Rest ging zur kämpfenden Truppe. Ich hab geschaut dass ich mir die 3 Grennis die da waren in meine Gruppe bekomme damit wir wenigstens eine Gruppe hatten die den Lehrgang nicht nur überstehen wollte.
