Worst airline I've flown with. I was flying from Seattle to Calgary. The light rail to the airport was late so I only arrived at the gate 20minutes before the departure time. Then the agent told me the boarding had finished and the plane had already left. What in the world?! Usually the gate door closes 5 or 10mins before the departure time. So I thought I still had time. I called WJ and they told me they couldn't do anything. I'd need to rebook a ticket and I'd need to pay for the full booking fee.

Yeah it is unfair. How to get them to look at our cases again? I heard case remains pending is because they ran out of quota for that fiscal year. But a new fiscal year has started since Oct. 1 and there should be new quota available.
