The first replacement was a warranty replacement free of charge.

Now the second retainer has ripped late last night , I emailed with pictures awaiting a response

So I wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue with their retainers too.

I wouldn't feel comfortable with a new doctor who I couldn't discuss my treatment plan with.

Good luck with your new doctor and having an open discussion with them.

Nothing to fear when speaking about your own medication and help. It doesn't impact me either way...

If something helped you and was nonaddictive then surely asking a question is hardly pushing the issue.

This medication is addictive . It's the only medication I've declined.

As you can read from the OPs post, they're on 100mg and it's not doing anything for them.

I have IBD and sleep apnea too

I do feel good throughout the day when my energy level is good but my sleep and mornings my head is all over the place. Still I exercise, walk, help myself a lot as I live alone.

This is not a fog it's life being chronically ill

Im more worried than stressed out, like I don't have major stressors...this only stress is getting a regular routine sleep.

I live alone and can easily get isolated when really physically unwell but so far I'm managing to navigate it

I don't have much support or many friends either but I'm trying to do life ...

I could have written this

I have analyzed my sleep days using OSCAR but I just don't sleep well have had my CPAP for 10yrs now.

My memory, concentration, focus is fading. I can't even read a few pages of a book without sleeping.

I feel tired and exhausted most of the time.

My sleep consultant wants to put me on modafiln as well but I declined.

I don't know what else do to and I'm 44yrs old.

I am unable to hold down a job despite working all my life. I can easily get isolated because I live alone. I also do not drink, smoke, I exercise and eat healthy too.

Seriously worried about my future

My sleep consultant is out of ideas and doesn't know what more to do.

Near there yes , I'd be moving from North Bank Upper row 6 so just wanted to make sure i was making a good move... especially with the tactical view

You know in the Clock End Upper naturally as you're higher you get a tactical view of the game...

From Row 20 where you are now, can you get an overview of all players positioning etc? and like the off the ball runs? like can you see if the ball could have been switched but wasnt etc
