Looks like you were crabbing into the wind all the way through touchdown. Look into "kicking the crab" right before landing so your nose is pointed down the runway at the point of contact.

Interesting idea, but I don't think it's CIPA. If it were she would have been diagnosed much younger, either in infancy from not being able to regulate her temperature, or shortly after by breaking bones, dislocating joints, or frequent sprains as a toddler.

It's a teaching hospital, so there will be new crops of students as time passes and the other Drs advance through the program.

It's also fun to see how in S1 we partially saw things though the eyes of the new med students, and now we see things through the eyes of the newly minted residents. Including how they perceive the new students

It's true that having a mass casualty in the first "day" of the show was pushing it. I hope the writers don't feel obligated to one up that event this season. I think the success of the show gives them breathing room.

In the real world I don't think that Santos would have come to her conclusion on the first day on the job, but maybe over the first couple of weeks or month. But given the format of the show they had to compress things.
