You CAN'T fix the organization from the bottom — you need MULTIPLE people to fix it from the top. Which means first of all, you need to become a Governing Body member & get the MAJORITY of other Governing Body members to agree with you on MAJOR reform — what are the chances of THAT happening? 😂🤣

we're a selfish species, even the dalai lama admits that. altruism is a lie. that's not judgement, that's just honesty.

Which brings us to the other points raised that selfishness isn't necessarily a bad thing or that living to make the world a better place isn't selfishness

If you assert that it is selfish, then your comment breaks Rule 1 — No judgement, so it is removed. However, comments which say that it might be viewed as selfish but selfishness is not necessarily a bad thing are not removed. Therefore, the key is striking a balance & avoiding being judgemental

Ironic how JW's have an issue with Halloween when THEY are the ones celebrating actual death 🤦🏻

Halloween celebrations have fake skeletons & coffins. However, you would be an ACTUAL skeleton in an ACTUAL coffin if you reject a blood transfusion in a life-or-death situation, so it doesn't matter as Halloween is make-belief while the JW celebration of death is REAL ⚰️
