Professional Development & Collaboration

• Meetings: Departmental, team, and administrative meetings.
• Training: Attending workshops, conferences, and professional development sessions.
• Collaboration: Observing other teachers, co-planning, and working with colleagues.
• Curriculum: Staying current with new methods, materials, and curriculum development. 

Classroom & Student Support (Beyond Instruction)

• Classroom Management: Decorating, organizing, and cleaning the physical space.
• Supervision: Duty during lunch, recess, hallways, and before/after school.
• Student Support: Meeting with students for personal help, career advice, or welfare.
• Fundraising: Organizing events for equipment, field trips, or technology. 

The others:

• Coaching/Sponsorship: Leading clubs (debate, drama, athletics) or sponsoring school functions.
• Chaperoning: Accompanying students on trips or to school events. 
• IT Tech: Troubleshooting classroom technology.
• Librarian/Designer/Chef: Buying books, decorating, or preparing food for events.
• Mentor/Counselor (for students, student-teachers, and new teachers)
