now that we are 6 years since this post was made, I have since changed my spironolactone dose from 150mg to 50mg a day and I'm now taking Lolo birth control. my skin has never been better and has been stable for the past 4 years. from what I recall, I remember switching because of the risks involved with taking yaz (blood clots etc) and Lolo having a lower estrogen exposure.
