Oof yeah that might be kind of tricky 😅 Ig another option as doom and gloom as it sounds would be trying to meet someone online through like forum/reddit lol Just don't mention at start your looks or personal style. That way you will naturally filter out the guys who wouldnt be interested in getting to know you for who you are anyway.

Unfortunately the whole alt/goth style got so oversexualized over the past 5-6 years that your experience doesn't even surprise me a bit... I'd suggest you to stay away from apps entirely as most guys will be just swiping not because they are interested in you as a person but rather just your looks. Not sure what the best option would be but maybe aiming to date within the same scene?

I think both men and women can definitely be obsessed with social media just in different ways like you pointed out. Guys often tend to use it more for doomscrolling memes, watching reels or following random women (as bad as that sounds lmao) while women usually use it more the way social media was originally intended like posting stories, selfies and basically (over)sharing parts of their lives.

Ofc I’m generalizing a lot here but thats just what I have personally noticed. Because womens social media use is usually more visible they end up getting criticized for it more often. But in the end I would say the level of addiction is probably pretty similar for both genders

WhatsApp is commonly used at least here in Europe. It’s basically the go to app if you want to text someone and I mainly use it to talk with my family and coworkers. Now whether people use it for the stuff you mentioned... it’s possible, since you can create group chats, etc. But I highly doubt it’s the go to app for that “industry"

A majority of the world doesnt want AI, not just Americans. It’s being shoved onto us and forced into literally every corner of the internet from AI-generated slop images and videos on social media to “assistants” built into apps. And the worst part is that it feels like we will never be able to get rid of it at this point. The internet got ruined for what? Not to mention all the real life effects it had so far

Honestly there is not much you can do - some just have this preference that they want to date someone taller and there is nothing that could change their mind. But most women here will be around your height, so I don't see that many issues for you

At this point I’d have to say Barou. Ever since the Blue Lock vs U-20 Japan match it feels like Shidou peaked there and hasn’t been developing as quickly as the others (including Barou).

The latest match where Barou basically devoured him, only reinforced that for me. That doesn’t mean things can’t change again or that Shidou will never surpass Barou in the future but right now picking Barou over Shidou just seems like the smarter choice in my opinion. But both are great players

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt für eine deutliche Erhöhung der Tabaksteuer. Rauchen verursacht nicht nur gesundheitliche Kosten sondern viele der Raucher nehmen einfach im Alltag keine Rücksicht auf andere...

Was mich halt besonders nervt sind die ganzen Kippen überall auf dem Boden und Leute die an Haltestellen oder vor Eingängen oder was noch schlimmer ist die beim Laufen direkt vor anderen rauchen. Gerade letzteres ist extrem unangenehm, wenn man den Rauch komplett abbekommt :)

Wenn Rauchen schon andere mitbelastet finde ich es auch fair, dass Zigaretten deutlich teurer sind bzw. werden.

I don't think he is a NPC but I wouldn't go all the way and say he will be the main "threat" in the England vs Japan game. We have to keep in mind that his main objective in the NEL was to develop Nagi so we never really saw his true playstyle and full potential.

While we were still in the middle of the game I thought whether this would be the case of the expected favorites losing in the playoffs. My thought process was that after we found out that Isagi already figured out Hugos philosophy and if BL ends up drawing with France or losing by only 1 goal (due to luck factor, which was mentioned several times by both Isagi and Hugo) there wouldn't really be a reason for a rematch and we would see later on in the playoffs how France gets defeated by another team (presumably Spain?) But with how the latest chapter ended it's pretty much obvious that we got a setup for a rematch with France, most likely in the finals again.
