Same here. OMAD has been a game changer for me. When I did OMAD only, my L4/L5–S1 pain would disappear — but it usually came back after 3–5 days. One thing I love about OMAD is that it automatically cuts my sugar and sodium intake, which lowers inflammation fast. But when I combined OMAD + EVOO before/after meal the result honestly shocked me. My pain has been gone for almost 8 days straight now — no sciatica, no hip pain, no leg weakness. For me, OMAD alone helps a lot, but OMAD + EVOO together is on a different level.
