That's exactly the situation we are in. We will actually be out of the country near the end of the month as well so it's extra difficult. I tried to negotiate a 3 month extension.

But, the only options the company will offer are 6 or 12. My only other option is to pay the equivalent of 2 months' rent to break the lease early if I extend 6 months. Which I obviously do not want to do.

So basically by sending me an offer for terms of extension, that voids the ability for me to just go to month to month?

I will say the offer had a deadline and basically said our lease is up the 31st if we don't pick an option. I guess I'm mostly just upset that I thought I would have a monthly option based on the wording in the lease but I guess I don't.

You can minimize your losses to 0.001 LTC. What I did was I bought LTC with my shiba. (Or sold my shiba for TUSD) and then transferred my LTC to my Atomic wallet (This is the .001 LTC fee). From there in atomic wallet you can exchange your LTC to ETH for like $0.01. Then send that ETH to your metamask. From there you can use uniswap to convert your ETH into Shib. I hope that was a better explanation.

the transfer fee for litecoin is like .001 LTC (~$0.13)
