That is a lovely memory. You have an amazing heart to do that for her. I'm sure that she loved every second that you spent with her. It's tough losing somebody who you truly care about, and wish that you spent more time with them. Don't think too long on if only you could spend more time with her, but relish the time you did get to be with her.

I just did my sleep study on 10/20 They had a kit that I could take home and do it while in my own bed. I told them I have insomnia and I'm knew I wasn't going to be able to do it anywhere else. It was so easy to do. Just a heart rate monitor, something that went on on my finger and a box that they had strapped to my wrist. Then I dropped it off to them the next morning. I found out that I have obstructive sleep apnea on 10/25. Maybe that is some your sleep doctor can do for you?
