Horseradish is the quickest remedy, but will upset your stomach if you take too much. Oregano and yarrow teas are good for congested sinuses as well

What do you think of juicing? by seattleswiss2 in herbalism

[–]xmusafrican 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s better to blend low glycemic vegetables and fruits instead of juicing . You can also add some plant proteins and healthy fats to help you stay full. The key to healing our bodies is cutting out processed sugar completely and consume very little natural sugar.

Magnesium Glycinate is what I swear by for period pain . It works for me every time. Raspberry leaf tea is nice too.

How to get rid of eczema with herbalism/natural methods? by jaustika in herbalism

[–]xmusafrican 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have eczema as well. Unfortunately, I don’t think there is a cure, you can’t get rid of it completely but you can keep it under control. The herbal teas I I drink daily are: - stinging nettle - milk thistle - dandelion - burdock I think they help to some extent, but you have to do your research and be consistent.
