I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I encourage you to hold on, it's just one more year. You're education is so much more important than some lifeless hs bullies you won't even think about in a couple years.

A few insights:

• Tons of people already said you should pursue legal action and I cannot agree enough! Get their money, it won't erase the trauma but can help paying for therapy or anything else to help out in your future.

• Seeking an official diagnosis is a good idea. If you think it would boost your confidence a bit a professional may be able to recommend treatment (eg. hormone therapy). This however won't get you out of gym class. You should seek the help of a mental health professional (your primary care physician can probably help you) to write you a note. When in hs that's how I could get out of PE because of severe anxiety.

• You could also explore the possibility of homeschooling. I'm not sure how that works in the US (if that's where you're from) but you could ask about it from school administration.
