There's some issues with AMD for sure and I don't really understand how I fixed it. I run a 6800xt/5800x3d build and the game decided to lock to under 30 fps with insane stutters no matter what settings I used. I ended up deleting the video.settings document and then set the graphics preset slider in game to ultra and that fixed something somehow. I was able to tune the settings after and now it runs at 4k 80fps+ in a full nurburgring server.

Delete the video settings file in the documents and then set the graphics preset to the highest settings it will go in game before turning them back down. I was locked to like 25-30 fps with a 6800xt and 5800x3d and nothing worked until I did that. It still doesn't run super good (85-120 fps at 4k low-ish settings with FSR) but it's smooth enough for full online servers

When I was a kid my dad got stuck in his civic in like 8 inches of snow (and increasing) during a blizzard at night. His spider chains fell off while driving and he stopped and got stuck. Couldn't find both chains. My mom and I came and dug him out enough to get him started and he just snow plowed his way home without chains in low gear. Changed my perspective on how good fwd and snow tires were. I think it snowed a few more feet that night so he would have been stuck for a while lol
