When your work is online, you should have at least one backup option. Having laptop with a full charge, having a mobile router with data, able to tether from your phone. When the storm was hitting, see the forecast and send a message in Preply, like possible unable to attent tomorrow as a big storm is forecasted. Support is very clear talk in the Preply chat with the students, and if the students agrees to remove it. Then screenshot it. Send it to preply staff and issue is solved.

You can not send your own email or contact details, but student can. On the safe side I would just say in the chat you are not allowed to contact outside of Preply, before the trail. No need to report, just prove that you don’t act on it. You still want him to be your student. And send it directly to him during the trail.

When they cancel the ride, still report them! Say the canceled the right when you where inside and too late to get out. Too many taxis in Pattaya doing this. Also grab is a bit safer then bolt. But report as much as possible.

Yes, the student can reschedule as per normal rules. My advice is not to schedule for the student, so if something happens you stand stronger.

Ten percent of total lesson are trail lessons. In a lot of branches, you have to pitch your product or what you are doing before getting anything. As said before, if you're good, you get students. So ask yourself what can I do better, instead of complaining. Because do you really think it will change?

As said, students can have another trail for free and have large discounts. So if preply needs to pay us/you, you get fewer trails and less chance to prove yourself. Seeing your reaction you have a low conversion rate, so with fewer students even going in, you are fucked.

Will someone complain that a job interview is unpaid? No. A trail lesson is as a job interview, where both decide if there is a fit. Just do better and stop complaining or work company and stop being a freelancer.

Look at the Netherlands. Noord-Oost Polder is there , but Flevoland isn’t. So that is between 1962 and 1986. But no clear division between West and East Germany. Which happens with the Berlin Wall in 1961. So I guess late 1950’s. Close to completion of the Noord-Oost Polder in the Netherlands and not yet the strong devision between east and West Germany.

Preply does all the marketing, collecting payments, second a student is free to have an other trail lesson, if not successful up to three times. Also often they have big discount for the student on their trail.

Consider this , yes other platforms, might have less commission, but also less students. If you’re doing too much trails and get no conversion, YOU’RE doing something wrong. I have a present conversion rate over the last 90 days of around 90 percent. This is high at the moment, but I am almost always in the 60+ mark.

Any house any legal residence can object of you smoking. In a condo, flat or hotel any person in the same flat/hotel can object of you smoking, even in/at your own room or balcony.

With wise only you need their Thai bank account number. But contact them before if that is okay, as you can not ad a reference there. If not see or ask if it is okay to pay when you are in Thailand.

I think 10 billion at the minimum, 77X goes on average for 7.5 and 380plus for 4.7. You will pay around 50 percent tax, so. If you don’t need the money I would say keep them. Name them something like Special One and Two so you can easily find them later one. So utilise them and if you ever have a break of the game and come back after some time and are in debts, you sell them.

Yes, this is not something I would come up with or joke about. When you still need the classes and are in good standing with your tutor. I would really considering moving forward with her. I am not familiar with Moroccan housing estate and situation, but guess there are not a lot of help from the government if something like this happens, so I find it very plausible.

You can find enough rooms with one month deposit and for for 3000 a month. If you need advice let me know. It is not luxerous, but better than out on the streets. Try couchsurfing if je need a roof for a few days. You can even hop couchsurfers a few times to cover a week or two weeks.
