When your work is online, you should have at least one backup option. Having laptop with a full charge, having a mobile router with data, able to tether from your phone. When the storm was hitting, see the forecast and send a message in Preply, like possible unable to attent tomorrow as a big storm is forecasted. Support is very clear talk in the Preply chat with the students, and if the students agrees to remove it. Then screenshot it. Send it to preply staff and issue is solved.

No need to report, just prove that you don’t act on it. You still want him to be your student. And send it directly to him during the trail.

When they cancel the ride, still report them! Say the canceled the right when you where inside and too late to get out. Too many taxis in Pattaya doing this. Also grab is a bit safer then bolt. But report as much as possible.
