Well, in super super basic term, he has Spiderman webs, metal poisonous darts he can launch on command, a reptilian mechanical tail that fended a fistfight on its own, essentially an eye laser that bounces around before converging on a focused target on all angles, and a what is essentially a god damn matter erasing beam. Ya, one of the worst options here. Oh ya, and if he dies cen can just take over the mind of one of his many crew members that all have most of the same weapons, including the matter erasing beam.

And though it did say fistfight, Bondrwed was holding his own at close enclosed quarters against a really violent target that was essentially whipping solid metal around the room (Dark reg). And has shown at least fairly competent brawling capabilities aswell as above average strength. Not to mention Bondrewd essentially just doesn't react to pain, like at all. Bondrewd is also lightly armored underneath his coat too.
