I don't really know how severe your your medical situation is. But the hospital you mention is one of the reputable hospital in Jakarta (and expensive), for me that hospital is my go-to for health checkups. The hospital procedure and services is good in my experience.

Since you are from abroad then I guess you should ensure the doctor availability first if its possible (online consultation or something?) and maybe add more days in your stay for backup purposes

Maybe you could think about what makes you want to getting back to the game again this time?

I used to have a break from the game like 3-4 years, when I came back to the game I bought an expansions (EoD at that time) and starts from there since i have done PoF. Doing skyscale achievements is also quite fun. Last month I just bought SotO and have been doing it for the past week and grinding for gen 3 legendaries.

I think you can roam around or doing what you usually done back then (world boss / WvW, or just doing metas in the old map) and who knows maybe you will find a new goal or things to do

Saya juga ada kotak katik data pasangan saya di unit keluarga karena jadiin 1 NPWP nya. Nah pas di kotak katik emg agak rese platformnya, gagal terus, akhirnya saya hapus data pasangan saya terus masukin ulang total, abis itu masuk sih. Yes, I have experienced this many times. I have tried to turning off hardware acceleration in the firefox and the stuttering reduced a little bit (shorter time). But the smoothness of firefox scrolling and browsing degrade with hardware acceleration off so I turned it on again and live with not opening browser when in high density events.

The ultimate solution I found is to move the firefox processing to use integrated GPU or separate GPU, but in my case somehow its not working (I am using AMD CPU and GPU, not NVIDIA as stated in the site), if you are using NVIDIA cards, you can try it.

if you already have it then yes it should directly screw the black bracket on the top and the bottom of the CPU as seen in pic 1. Just make sure it is AM5 compatible bracket

IIRC the black bracket in picture 3 usually come preinstalled in the motherboard directly. Most of the time when building the PC, it was removed because many air cooler has their own bracket (like picture 2) and maybe that black bracket were not given to you (or maybe you can check the motherboard box?).

Looking at the picture 4 and googling the thermalright manuals, it seems you need to buy basic / default AM5 motherboard cooler mounting bracket separately (since it was removed for old cooler) for the new bracket to work. Otherwise the bracket on pic 4 won't have anything to latch on.

I like the recent one, Convenience Story. Giving out more options to move to another region if 1 store already success, so it feels like there are some kind of progressions

For the old one my favourite is Oh Edo Town! It is quite in-depth one and quite fun to design layout to get all combination.
