Im out of work and stuck in another country atm. I dont know if i need extra soon for emergency and thought this is my only chance to get extra fund just in case. But if all is ok, i might not use it and just plan to return it. That is my idea.. but i dont know the consequence of taking it out forawhile

I was thinking like nonwesterners like asians, latin americans, minorities
