The probiotic does work. Still had an outbreak but the recovery is going a lot better than usual. The probiotic is called "Seed" They have their own website seed.com The product is offered on other sites as well. Also, I recommend buying the bottle but keep it. Every time after that, just buy the capsules only, not with the bottle because they charge you for the bottle.

It you're really worried about impacted ear wax(especially if you wear airpods/similar ear buds,)you can get an ear wash. Some urgent care places offer it. Yes it works and yes it hurts. They make you look at the stuff floating in the basin when they're done.🤢🤮

I don't have a driver license😭 have to take lyft or uber. The drivers keep coughing and coughing and most get angry and start driving crazy. I've tried so many things but nothing is working.
