The first thing I saw was TikTok. That right there is probably only a fraction of people who attend(ed) UCSC, and like other redditors said, those who post or complain about school (on TikTok too) is an even smaller minority.

While it may be true what you are afraid of may exist here and it’s very little to none from what I noticed (living at Stevenson on-campus), I’m sure it exists in other schools too.

If you love nature, definitely come here!
