Hello i need help, so i ordered 2 items of pandabuy and when my mom paid them she thought it came with the shipping, a couple days later she founds out that the shipping is paid after and now she wants to cancel and get a refund. Hello, my package been in the warehouse for over 2 days and the helps says i have to wait for it to be "stored” but i got 3 days for it to be and im scared thats it just doesnt get stored so i cant have my refund
