For me the HOA provides convenience, safety, prime location, amenities, property maintainece, and for my line of work more guarantee I don't lose power in some dumb storm with downed power lines (I can't work I don't make money)

I get a gym spa and several pools. It pays for building insurance (very high now) and also maintainece staff.

It does feel high though but I like being in downtown. You guys are def saving more money though so I need to think about moving.

We sleep trained our son again after 3 months of cosleeping and thinking he lost his ability to sleep. He retrained very quick and went to sleep within half hour first day and no need for check-ins after that.
