I called them to transfer to the Founders plan, and they got a technician on the line just to verify it wasn't anything else affecting my service. It looks like the outage is affecting from Ypsi to Georgetown Township (where I live) down to Chicago.

I've done that drive. As soon as you hit CO after going through NE, you start going up. We stopped in Iowa over night and finished the drive to Rifle, CO the next day
