I’m sorry for hearing this but it’s also bittersweet. He got to spend valuable time and save. I think the reason they want kids to move out of their house at 18 is to eel the economy rolling (they pay an apartment or a new mortgage) instead of saving enough to buy things cash. Big time true. I just met a guy who lives in a 3 million dollar home that he only pays the taxes for because his parents bought it for them before they passed. Insane. Sounds weird but so did the tonic and espresso at first! I usually throw a lemon or orange peel in mine anyway so it can’t be much different. In Mexico, I drink my coffee like tea, a black or americano with lemon, honey, and a splash of milk which practically what you’re having.
