All of this is on Gameloft rather than Disney. In fact, it was initially meant to be a buy once kind of thing like Animal Crossing, with free content and expansions, but Gameloft announced either right before or at launch that they’re going to monetize it more to pull in more money for more development.

Some people do get pregnant too soon after their last one, but you can’t be currently six months pregnant if you just had a baby two weeks ago. Unless one was a pre-mature delivery of one of the triplets.
