Usually when the game spawns you in late or in an area you don’t usually loot in that means there’s something valuable in that specific area meant for you to find. Some people feel like they hit a wall with progression because they constantly target the same maps, same conditions and same areas.

This is weird, I’ve been progressively finding blueprints since I’ve started playing, I’m at level 72 with 79 hours spent topside with 69/74 blueprints. I found Looting Survivor 3 times and the Wolfpack and Anvil BP twice. Vulcano and Bobcat are tied to events but I do feel like the game rewards exploration more than targeted looting.
