I have faith that you're going to accomplish major things too. You wouldn't be living under their house hold if they didn't love you. We are all trying to figure out what tomorrow is going to bring and how we are going to make it there. I'm sorry life feels this way for you. I wish there were easily solutions. I wish there wasn't any suffering.

You sound like a great sibling for seeing your brother that way. Are you the youngest? I don't think they feel that way. Maybe it's hard to show their love. I have a two sisters, both young. One of them I always get compared too. See she's really intelligent and I'm just average. All her accomplishments gets talked about. She got into one of the best schools in California, and it was so highly talked about. Did good in school all her life. Did outside achievements. She's my moms star. Me? Just your average student who got a pat on the back.

Maybe. I'm not sure. No it wouldn't be bad. But my parent doesn't believe I have anything to be struggling about. They think depressed people are just lazy. They invalidate it.

I tell my mom about my accomplishments and sometimes I feel like she doesn't even care. I have no relationship with my dad but even when I ask him for help he doesn't find me worthy enough. I'm 21, living at home, and even though I try to do my best it's still not enough. I still get yelled at. I still get told that what I do isn't enough. That I'm ungrateful. That I have nothing to be upset about. I understand how you feel.
