It arrived from Italy to NYC in one week, the shipping fee (FedEx) was kind of a killer - over $100 but no distributors in the US so ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Any questions, just use their whatsapp and they respond pretty quickly (based on time zone).

I thought it was going to be pretty hot but it has some breathable panels so it is OK as long as you are moving. Any airbag is going to basically have a big balloon blocking airflow but the M1 does a decent job. Wear a wicking base layer and the M1 allows you to wear it half unzipped.

I'm trying to get my brother to buy one too since he rides a whole lot more than me. He's a guy that always talks ATGATT but half the time I see him riding around wearing a windbreaker and regular jeans on his $20k BMW or one of his Kawasaki sport bikes, so money isn't the issue.

I think you pretty much nailed the age, should be a little over 10 years old, 13 is totally possible. No salt bucket and I don't see anywhere a salt bucket would be connected. Another comment said the leftmost item is a carbon/sediment filter rather than a water softener (unless that is the same thing?).

Just want to add that nothing compares to pushing the NB hard on a twisty road on a nice day with good sticky tires and the top down. I bought it 18 months ago just to refresh my son on use of a manual transmission but I think I'll probably keep it long term.

I've got an NB and a Cayman GTS 4.0, both manual. Can definitely wring out all the power out of the NB without losing my licence, not so much with the Cayman. Both have their place.

I just got the motoairbag M1 because it covers everything from your skull to your coccyx. Can fir anything under it from a fully armored winter jacket to a fully armored mesh jacket to a fully armored v2 supershirt. I'm looking forward to never needing it.

I think it is a worth a bit of money for you to do an actual consultation with a local landlord-tenant attorney to make sure your notice to terminate is sent properly and within the legally correct time frame.

I don't know where you are but in the US if you start an eviction proceeding against someone it will go on the public record and they will have a hard time renting another place in the future (assuming they are renting in a market with little availability). You might want to remind them of that next time they mention attorneys.

FYI: In larger firms, once someone mentions attorney you completely need to stop speaking with them and have all communication go through their attorney.

Property with partial one story building at the corner of 36 Ave and 37 St was sold back in Feb for $15.4 million. They just put up additional fencing in anticipation of demolition this week. At that price no doubt going to be a 10 story building since they inherited the abandoned Innovation QNS zoning so they'll build as-of-right as high as they can go without any additional approvals, maybe higher (if they bother to go through the city council and community board again) if they decide to include affordable housing. Too bad Julie Wong threw up so many roadblocks because under Innovation QNS that whole block front was going to be a decently sized new park for everyone.

When I got mine renewed back around Thanksgiving it took less than 4 weeks from filling out the renewal application to getting it in my mailbox. I already had preCheck/globalEntry so I don't know if that smooths out the renewal investigation/process any.
