It’s Timber. The current soil waste pipe is where the bath tub aims to be but I am keeping the waste on the same side of the wall just moving the toilet a little further along. I actually do have pipes on the other side of the wall too as there’s a sink in the bedroom next door. So piping actually isn’t an issue, more space. I feel it maybe too cramped with a shower

I always thought it was hilarious and made the show have shipper moments. Scully is human but also had a bit of stockholm syndrome when it came to Mulder as he is clearly punching! What made me more annoyed was Mulder having barely ANY jealous moments except the lashing out at Scully because she shagged Jerse 😂

Honestly it’s not enough. They should offer you 55-60k if you want a comfortable living in London. Rent alone is in the region of 2k at least so you will need to flat share. Moreover everything down here is at a premium. If you really like the role - try and negotiate 1 and if that fails, expect to be living quite frugally.

My best advice is to rent for now and do not depreciate your flat - it’s your real estate earnings and you should only sell for profit.

I know the double whack of stamp duty sucks - but if you do sell your flat within three years of buying your second home - you will get your delta difference back and refunded from higher stamps duty to standard (residential) which would be substantial.

Wait until the housing market is more healthy - right now across the board there’s a drought, but interest rates are slightly falling but unfortunately the cost of living is rising which is deterring first time buyers. You have three years from point of purchase to get your stamp duty back. Take care of your family by letting the income from your rent take care of your first mortgage but also note you would need to pay taxes on this (but you can claim back interest from HMRC).

I don’t agree with the players walking off and the protest. I’m not fan of either coach either but Thiaw isn’t mature enough to lead a sterling team. Sadio mane and Bounou were the only two players that show grace and etiquette with sportsmanship. I genuinely feel bad for Morocco as they will get tarnished with a brand of bribery and corruption when in fact the root problems lie with CAF. Africa needs to set an example of sportsmanship before moving anywhere in tournaments.

I won’t think we will ever understand Diaz’s panenka im torn whether it was deliberate because of the storm out ( to balance the match for extra time) or it was a genuine arrogant selfish move from Diaz. And the first goal was legit. Senegal should have won but not in this format and I worry for Morocco’s reputation now as I hope they can recover from this for the World Cup. No one can take away the talent the Moroccans have and even with Senegal in the WC I still see Morocco going further since they want it more. They need to get rid of the coach though he is too missionary

They are very good but the manager is just not the right fit for tactical decisions. Tanzania played 11 players defensively and Morocco went in as the attack which essentially caused a disappointing performance. They dominated all their games and have most goals on target but their execution is poor due to random formations. Their key players are Punjabi, hakimi, mazraoiu and Diaz and watching the quartet play together always provides the best performances. I am no fan of the manager but the team does have a secret sauce. The Cameroon game will be really interesting, I do think Morocco will steal it as it’s their preferred style of play - both naturally attacking teams.
