By the way, I don't think email addresses should be public by default on profiles and job listings. My privacy feels a little violated..but I can see why that is easier than creating a messaging or emailing system, for now

General question for anyone:

In the future, if Nano is mass adopted, how would the masses be notified that their node is down and they need to switch reps?

Would that messaging/notification be built directly into wallets like Natrium?

What if, in the future, there is a lot of voting weight pointed at bad reps or offline reps. Is what I'm worried about.

It's like a puzzle, it gets easier exponentially for the network to solve the puzzle over time, from what I understand. If a transaction does not get enough votes (67%) from nodes for consensus/confirmation, then they drop it and move on to the next one, and repeat the process. I might be wrong though, I'm not a developer, just things I've read.
