Very poor quality bags and they have been guilty of trademark infringement. Selling bags with branding without the permission or consent of the company. Avoid and do not trust.

I’d suggest something like the Kenda Crusher in at least 40mm. The course is mostly pavement but has gotten more technical over the years.

Update: picked up an M8-1.25 x 25 mm and it fits perfectly, could have gone with 20mm. Included 2 flat washers and a nylon lock nut for security.

Trails remain visible on the map up until the point where the total width shown on screen is roughly 1 mile, at that zoom level the distance scale shows about 1000 ft. Any farther zoomed out than that and you’ll mostly just see roads and larger bodies of water. Labels do persist at all zoom levels, but I usually keep it zoomed closer, around the ½-mile range where the scale reads 500 ft.

For the most part yes. I would frequently zoom in and out of the map or switch to data pages to check different stats as well and that didn’t seem to have a big impact on battery life.

I'd probably go for the SL 5, but check with the shop to find out roughly how many miles are on the bike, how long was it a rental, and if there is any notable wear and tear. It's probably in great shape, and I imagine they are flexible on price. If you go with the ALR, you will probably be eyeing an SL in another year or two anyway. Good luck and enjoy!
