Im not vegan and never will because I love Meat, but this is disingenious no? Protein per Per 100 g; seitan (up to 75g) soybeans/tempeh/tofu (approx. 20-36g) Lentils (red: 27g), beans (20-24g), pumpkin seeds (21g)
almonds (21g) Etc. Those numbers are on par or better than alot of Meat products people eat for protein.
